The Mercedes-AMG F1 W10 EQ Power+ is a Formula One racing car that was designed and built by the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. It was used during the 2019 Formula One World Championship and was driven by Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas.
Design and Development
The Mercedes-AMG F1 W10 EQ Power+ was designed and developed by a team of engineers led by James Allison, the Technical Director of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. The car featured a low-rake concept, which was a departure from the high-rake design that Mercedes had used in the past. The low-rake design allowed the team to optimize the aerodynamic performance of the car and achieve higher speeds on the straights.
